Sobre el rol
Como Desarrollador Backend en Qred, asumirás la responsabilidad de principio a fin de algunos sistemas que alimentan nuestros productos financieros. Puenteas la brecha entre la ejecución técnica y el impacto empresarial construyendo infraestructura escalable mientras contribuyes activamente a nuestra transición hacia una fintech centrada en lo agente. Este rol impulsado por la misión ofrece la autonomía para implementar soluciones utilizando IA agente. Esto mejorará directamente la experiencia de miles de pequeñas empresas.
Responsabilidades clave
Construir servicios backend seguros y escalables e integraciones de terceros que se alineen con nuestra visión arquitectónica a largo plazo.
Colaborar estrechamente con otros ingenieros para diseñar soluciones eficientes y sus implementaciones.
Desplegar, probar y monitorear el código de producción mientras se mantiene el registro, trazado y paneles de salud del sistema adecuados.
Impulsar la implementación de marcos de IA y agentes automatizados para trasladar nuestra plataforma a un modelo operativo centrado en lo agente.
Mitigar el riesgo técnico cumpliendo con prácticas de ingeniería compatibles y actuando con urgencia ante alertas de seguridad o incidentes de producción.
Nuestra pila: AWS Serverless, Typescript, Node.js, Claude Code, Grafana, Github Actions.
Lo que estamos buscando
Buscamos a un profesional estructurado que prospere en un ambiente colaborativo y enfocado, evitando la trampa del multitasking. Tienes la capacidad de fomentar la alineación entre equipos, gestionar un flujo de trabajo disciplinado y asumir la propiedad proactiva de espacios problemáticos complejos. Te motiva construir marcos escalables y establecer una alta madurez en ingeniería dentro de un ecosistema fintech de ritmo rápido.
Calificaciones
Varios años de experiencia profesional en ingeniería de software backend con Typescript.
Fuertes conocimientos en arquitectura backend, transferencia segura de datos y entornos en la nube modernos.
Exposición práctica en el uso de modelos de IA, LLMs, o en la construcción de flujos de trabajo automatizados centrados en lo agente.

About the Role
As a Backend Developer at Qred, you will take end-to-end ownership of some systems that power our financial products. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and business impact by building scalable infrastructure while actively contributing to our transition into an agentic-first fintech. This mission-driven role offers the autonomy to implement solutions using agentic AI. This will directly improve the experience of thousands of small businesses.
Key responsibilities
Build secure, scalable backend services and third-party integrations that align with our long-term architectural vision.
Collaborate closely with other engineers to design efficient solution and their implementations.
Deploy, test, and monitor production code while maintaining proper logging, tracing, and system health dashboards.
Drive the implementation of AI frameworks and automated agents to shift our platform toward an agentic-first operating model.
Mitigate technical risk by adhering to compliant engineering practices and acting with urgency on security alerts or production incidents.
Our stack: AWS Serverless, Typescript, Node.js, Claude Code, Grafana, Github Actions.
What we’re looking for
We are seeking a structured professional who thrives in a collaborative, focused environment and avoids the trap of multitasking. You have the ability to drive alignment across teams, manage a disciplined workflow, and take proactive ownership of complex problem spaces. You are motivated by building scalable frameworks and establishing high engineering maturity within a fast-paced fintech ecosystem.
Qualifications
Several years of professional experience in backend software engineering with Typescript.
Strong knowledge of backend architecture, secure data transferring, and modern cloud environments.
Practical exposure to using AI models, LLMs, or building automated agentic workflows.
