Perido ieško vienašalių sąskaitų specialisto mūsų kliento vardu, pramonės įmonės, kuri vykdo didelio masto iniciatyvas žaliąją energiją ir gamybą. Pozicija yra Boden mieste, su galimybe dirbti nuotoliniu būdu dvi dienas per savaitę.
Jūsų kasdienės užduotys
AP specialisto pareigose dirbate greitai besikeičiančioje aplinkoje, kur būsite atsakingas už visus vienašalių sąskaitų proceso etapus, užtikrindamas aukštą tikslumą ir atitiktį.
Štai pagrindinės užduotys:
Valdyti ir tobulinti vienašalių sąskaitų (AP) procesą, sutelkiant dėmesį į tikslumą ir vidaus kontrolės laikymąsi
Dirbti proaktyviai, kad būtų efektyviai ir tiksliai tvarkomos istorinės transakcijos
Užtikrinti tvarką ir struktūrą AP procesuose bei aiškų dokumentavimą
Prisitaikyti prie besikeičiančios verslo aplinkos ir prisidėti su problemų sprendimo įgūdžiais bei lankstumu
Sukurti stabilumą, dėmesį ir ramią, struktūrizuotą darbo atmosferą net esant dideliems spaudimams

About the position
Perido is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist on behalf of our client, an industrial enterprise driving large-scale initiatives within green energy and manufacturing. The position is located in Boden, with the possibility of working remotely two days a week.
Your daily tasks
In the role of AP Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for all parts of the accounts payable process with high accuracy and compliance.
These are the main focus tasks:
Manage and drive the accounts payable (AP) process with a focus on accuracy and adherence to internal controls
Work proactively to efficiently and accurately handle and correct historical transactions
Maintain order and structure in AP processes and ensure clear documentation
Adapt to a changing business environment and contribute with problem-solving skills and flexibility
Create stability, focus, and a calm, structured work atmosphere even under high pressure
Your characteristics
We are looking for someone who is highly structured, detail-oriented, and passionate about order and efficiency. You are a flexible thinker who understands the importance of correcting historical transactions and easily adapts to changing business needs. Experience working with accounts payable within production, warehouse, or logistics
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
