Manager – Programme, Projekte und Produktkosteneffizienz
Über die Rolle
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen und geschäftsorientierten Manager – Programme, Projekte und Produktkosteneffizienz, der ein Team von fünf Programm- und Projektmanagern leitet und entwickelt.
Diese Rolle vereint Personalführung, Programmausführung und Kosteneffizienz. Sie werden sicherstellen, dass wichtige Entwicklungs-, Industrialisierungs-, Verbesserungs- und Transformationsinitiativen mit klarer Verantwortung, starker Durchführung und messbarem Geschäftswert umgesetzt werden.
Ein zentraler Bestandteil der Rolle ist das Vorantreiben unserer Agenda zur Wertanalyse/Wertschöpfung (VAVE), um Möglichkeiten zur Senkung der Produkt- und Produktionskosten zu identifizieren und umzusetzen, während Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und Kundennutzen aufrechterhalten oder verbessert werden.
Sie werden eng mit den Abteilungen Engineering, Operations, Einkauf, Qualität, Vertrieb und Finanzen zusammenarbeiten, um Geschäftsprioritäten in erfolgreiche Programme und Projekte umzusetzen.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
Leitung der Programm- und Projektmanagementorganisation
Führen, coachen und entwickeln Sie ein Team von fünf Programm- und Projektmanagern.
Einrichtung effektiver Arbeitsweisen, Governance und Projektmanagementstandards.
Sicherstellen, dass Projekte priorisiert, personell ausgestattet und gemäß den Geschäftsbedürfnissen durchgeführt werden.
Unterstützung der Teams bei der Risikomanagement, der Problemlösung und der Verbesserung der Projektleistung.
Eine Kultur der Verantwortung, Eigenverantwortung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung fördern.
Programmmanagement und strategische Ausführung
Übersetzung der Geschäftsstrategie in umsetzbare Programme und Projekte.
Pflege von Programm- und Projekt-Roadmaps und Verwaltung von Prioritäten und Abhängigkeiten.
Sicherstellen, dass Projekte mit strategischen und finanziellen Zielen in Einklang stehen.
Überwachung des Fortschritts, der Risiken, Ressourcen, Kosten und erwarteten Vorteile.
Bereitstellung transparenter Berichterstattung und Ermöglichung zeitnaher Entscheidungsfindung.
Vorantreiben von VAVE und Kosteneffizienz
Einrichtung und Leitung eines strukturierten VAVE-Prozesses über Produkte und Fertigung hinweg.
Identifizierung und Priorisierung von Kostensenkungsmöglichkeiten mit messbarem Geschäftswert.
Leitung funktionsübergreifender Workshops und Initiativen in den Bereichen Engineering, Operations, Einkauf, Qualität und Finanzen.
Vorantreiben von Design-to-Cost- und Design-for-Manufacturing-Aktivitäten.
Aufbau und Pflege einer Pipeline von Kostensenkungsinitiativen und Sicherstellung, dass die Vorteile verfolgt und realisiert werden.
Überprüfung der Einsparungen zusammen mit der Finanzabteilung, während Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und Kundenanforderungen gewahrt bleiben.
Funktionsübergreifende Führung
Aufbau starker Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Funktionen.
Vorantreiben von faktenbasierten Entscheidungen und der Ursachenanalyse zur Lösung von Problemen.

Erforderlich

About the role
We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Manager – Programs, Projects & Product Cost Competitiveness to lead and develop a team of five Program and Project Managers.
This role combines people leadership, program execution, and cost competitiveness. You will ensure that key development, industrialization, improvement, and transformation initiatives are delivered with clear ownership, strong execution, and measurable business impact.
A central part of the role is driving our Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VAVE) agenda, identifying and implementing opportunities to reduce product and manufacturing costs while maintaining or improving quality, reliability, and customer value.
You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, Quality, Sales, and Finance to turn business priorities into successful programs and projects.
Key responsibilities
Lead the Program & Project Management organization
Lead, coach, and develop a team of five Program and Project Managers.
Establish effective ways of working, governance, and project management standards.
Ensure projects are prioritized, resourced, and executed according to business needs.
Support teams in managing risks, resolving issues, and improving project performance.
Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Program Management & Strategic Execution
Translate business strategy into executable programs and projects.
Maintain program and project roadmaps and manage priorities and dependencies.
Ensure projects are aligned with strategic and financial objectives.
Monitor progress, risks, resources, costs, and expected benefits.
Provide transparent reporting and facilitate timely decision-making.
Drive VAVE & Cost Competitiveness
Establish and lead a structured VAVE process across products and manufacturing.
Identify and prioritize cost-reduction opportunities with measurable business impact.
Lead cross-functional workshops and initiatives involving Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, Quality, and Finance.
Drive Design-to-Cost and Design-for-Manufacturing activities.
Build and maintain a pipeline of cost-saving initiatives and ensure benefits are tracked and realized.
Verify savings together with Finance while safeguarding quality, reliability, and customer requirements.
Cross-functional Leadership
Build strong collaboration across functions.
Drive fact-based decision-making and root-cause problem solving.
Challenge existing solutions and encourage continuous improvement.
Ensure focus on speed, simplicity, and execution.
Hands-on Leadership
While primarily a leadership role, you will also take personal ownership of selected strategic and complex initiatives, including major transformation programs and critical VAVE projects.

Strong business and financial understanding.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent in Swedish and English.

Experience from manufacturing industries.
Engineering or technical university degree.
Experience with product development and industrialization.
Knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence.
