Was Sie tun werden Sie werden der NMS Sourcing Expert Unit beitreten, die Teil der Sourcing-Organisation von Ericsson für Network & Managed Services (NMS) ist. Das Team vereint Fachwissen im Bereich Sourcing von Netzwerk- und Managed Services und arbeitet mit Geschäftsteams, Lieferanten und Marktbereichen zusammen, um wettbewerbsfähige, kosteneffiziente und konforme Sourcing-Lösungen zu entwickeln.
Das Team vereint strategisches Sourcing mit praktischer Problemlösung und funktionsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit. In dieser Graduierentenrolle helfen Sie dabei, zu erkunden, wie KI und Daten die Arbeit vereinfachen, Prozesse verbessern und bessere Sourcing-Entscheidungen unterstützen können.
Identifizieren und priorisieren Sie wertvolle KI-Anwendungsfälle in den Bereichen Kosten- und Ausgabenanalyse, Produktifizierung, Prozessverbesserung und Managementberichterstattung.
Bewerten Sie, wie KI Daten, Erkenntnisse und Arbeitsabläufe verbinden kann, um Aktivitäten zu optimieren und Sourcing-Entscheidungen zu verbessern.
Arbeiten Sie mit Stakeholdern in ganz Ericsson zusammen, um ausgewählte KI-Lösungen zu testen und verantwortungsbewusst umzusetzen.
Entwickeln Sie praktische KI-Konzepte, Prototypen, agentische Arbeitsabläufe und wiederverwendbare Handbücher, die im gesamten Unternehmen skaliert werden können.

Die Fähigkeiten, die Sie mitbringen:
Ein praktisches Interesse an generativer KI, KI-Agenten, Automatisierung und digitaler Produktentwicklung.
Erfahrung oder akademische Einblicke in Datenanalyse, Prozessverbesserung, Prototyping, Prompt-Design oder die Übersetzung von Geschäftsanforderungen in digitale Lösungen.
Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe oder mehrdeutige Probleme zu strukturieren.

The Excellerate track is designed to develop future leaders who are motivated by performance, pace, and commercial impact. What you will do You will join the NMS Sourcing Expert Unit, part of Ericsson’s Network & Managed Services (NMS) Sourcing organization. The team brings together expertise in network and managed services sourcing and works with business teams, suppliers and market areas to develop competitive, cost-effective and compliant sourcing solutions.
The team combines strategic sourcing with practical problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration. In this graduate role, you will help explore how AI and data can simplify work, improve processes and support better sourcing decisions.
Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across cost and spend analysis, productification, process improvement and management reporting.
Assess how AI can connect data, insights and workflows to streamline activities and improve sourcing decisions
Work with stakeholders across Ericsson to test and responsibly implement selected AI solutions.
Develop practical AI concepts, prototypes, agentic workflows and reusable playbooks that can be scaled across the organization
Support the development of AI competence within Sourcing communities through demonstration, knowledge sharing, and hands-on enablement.
The skills you bring:
A practical interest in generative AI, AI agents, automation and digital product development.
Experience or academic exposure to data analysis, process improvement, prototyping, prompt design or translating business needs into digital solutions.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex or ambiguous problems.
Open-minded, with a willingness to consider new perspectives and approaches.
Structured and able to organize ideas, information and tasks effectively.
Curious and explorative, with an interest in testing new possibilities.
