La oportunidad
Estamos buscando un Gerente de Equipo comprometido, enfocado en las personas y con curiosidad técnica para nuestro equipo de Diseño Eléctrico de Válvulas dentro de HVDC en Suecia.
En este rol, liderarás un equipo responsable del diseño eléctrico detallado de transformadores de corriente óptica (OCT) y equipos relacionados utilizados en aplicaciones HVDC y SVC. Jugarás un papel importante en la conformación tanto de la entrega técnica como del desarrollo a largo plazo del equipo.
Te unirás a una organización global donde la colaboración, la innovación y la mejora continua son clave. La organización de Diseño Eléctrico de Válvulas actualmente incluye alrededor de 80 colegas en Suecia, India y China, y estamos en una fase emocionante de crecimiento y transformación.
Como Gerente de Equipo, serás parte del equipo de gestión de Válvulas y reportarás al Jefe de Diseño Eléctrico de Válvulas.
La ubicación para este rol es en Ludvika, donde trabaja la mayor parte del equipo.
Cómo harás un impacto
Liderar, apoyar y desarrollar un equipo de ingenieros de diseño eléctrico
Crear un ambiente de equipo positivo, inclusivo y de alto rendimiento
Guiar al equipo en la entrega de soluciones de diseño de alta calidad a tiempo
Apoyar la implementación de nuestras iniciativas de transformación y mejora
Ayudar a traducir la estrategia y los objetivos en trabajo claro y accionable para el equipo
Colaborar con partes interesadas en funciones dentro de una organización global
Contribuir a la construcción de capacidades futuras y formas de trabajar dentro del equipo
Tomar un papel activo en el equipo de gestión, contribuyendo a una perspectiva más amplia
Tu perfil
Creemos que podrías ser una gran adición si:
Tienes un perfil de ingeniería (título de Bachelor o Master) o experiencia equivalente
Aportas experiencia en diseño eléctrico, desarrollo de productos o áreas técnicas similares
Tienes experiencia liderando equipos, proyectos o iniciativas técnicas.
Te interesa apoyar y desarrollar a las personas, y disfrutas del trabajo en equipo y la colaboración
Eres estructurado y capaz de crear claridad, ayudando a tu equipo a priorizar y tener éxito
Te comunicas claramente y disfrutas trabajar con diferentes partes interesadas
Hablas inglés con fluidez; el sueco es un plus

We are looking for an engaged, people-focused and technically curious Team Manager for our Valve Electrical Design team within HVDC in Sweden.
In this role, you will lead a team responsible for the detailed electrical design of Optical current transformers (OCT) and related equipment used in HVDC and SVC applications. You will play an important part in shaping both the technical delivery and the team’s long-term development.
You will join a global organization where collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement are key. The Valve Electrical Design organization currently includes around 80 colleagues across Sweden, India, and China, and we are in an exciting phase of growth and transformation.
As a Team Manager, you will be part of the Valves management team and report to the Head of Valve Electrical Design.
The location for this role is in Ludvika where most of the team works.

Lead, support, and develop a team of electrical design engineers
Create a positive, inclusive and high-performing team environment
Guide the team in delivering high-quality design solutions on time
Support the implementation of our transformation and improvement initiatives
Help translate strategy and goals into clear and actionable work for the team
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions in a global organization
Contribute to building future capabilities and ways of working within the team
Take an active role in the management team, contributing to a broader perspective
Your background
We believe you could be a great fit if you:
Have an engineering background (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) or equivalent experience
Bring experience from electrical design, product development, or similar technical areas
Have experience leading teams, projects, or technical initiatives.
Are interested in supporting and developing people, and enjoy teamwork and collaboration
Are structured and able to create clarity, helping your team prioritize and succeed
Communicate clearly and enjoy working with different stakeholders
Are fluent in English; Swedish is a plus
