Terms of Use
Rules for using the website, dashboards, vacancies, CVs, applications, chat and AI tools of Koosmeiega Group / KoosJobs.
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These Terms of Use govern koosmeiega.ee, KoosJobs pages, jobseeker and employer dashboards, public vacancy pages, registration forms, applications, chat, files, notifications, mailings and AI tools. By using the site or creating an account, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms.
1. Service owner and scopeKoosmeiega Group / KoosJobs
The service is operated by Koosmeiega Group OÜ, registry code 16178697, address Karu tn 14-8, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond 10120, Estonia; email info@koosmeiega.ee; phone +372 5830 5464. These terms cover koosmeiega.ee, Koosmeiega People / KoosJobs and related functions.
2. Acceptance of termsWhen the terms become binding
The user accepts these terms by registering, signing in, publishing content, applying, using chat or confirming consent. A person with limited legal capacity uses an account with a legal representative's consent where required by law.
3. Role of the platformWe are not a guarantor between parties
Koosmeiega Group OÜ provides an information and technical platform. Unless separately agreed in writing, the service is not an employer, recruitment agency, party to an employment contract, service contract or other transaction between users.
4. Account, role and accessJobseeker, employer, administrator
Public vacancies may be viewed without an account. An account is required to create a CV or vacancy, apply through the service, use favourites, chat, statistics and profile management. One email is linked to one account and primary role. A company owner may invite managers. Each manager uses a personal account, creates and manages their own vacancies, and cannot change company data or team membership. The owner can see team vacancies, block or remove managers, and transfer vacancy ownership while preserving history. The owner is responsible for each invitee's authority and for ending access promptly.
5. Jobseeker dutiesCVs, documents and applications
The jobseeker is responsible for truthful information about identity, experience, education, skills, languages, documents, permits, salary expectations and job search region. False documents, third-party data without a basis and unlawful content are prohibited.
6. Employer dutiesVacancies and candidate handling
The employer is responsible for lawful, genuine vacancies and lawful candidate-data processing. Creating an account for an employer without consent, disclosing CVs to unrelated parties, or using contacts for advertising, spam or database sales is prohibited.
7. Vacancies, CVs, applications and viewsHow interaction works
Vacancies and CVs may have an active period. By submitting content, the user permits the service to store, technically process, interface-translate and display it for platform operation. Where authorised by law or agreement, vacancies from partners or external sources may be displayed with source attribution and an original link where required. Importing a vacancy from a public URL, pasted text or image creates a draft only. Before publishing, the employer must verify the source, content rights, facts, conditions and contacts. When removing a manager, the owner chooses whether company vacancies are retained or permanently deleted. Through a separate optional consent, an authorised employer representative may allow the registered legal company name, public logo and website link to appear on a trust/partners page as an organisation that uses and cooperates with the service. Refusal does not limit the service and consent may be withdrawn. The reference does not create agency, a joint venture, authority to represent the other party, sponsorship or a separate legal partnership without a written agreement.
8. AI tools and automated recommendationsAssistance, not a final decision
AI may help draft texts and matches, but output is only a draft. The user must review it before publishing, and the employer must make hiring decisions independently. AI may extract or suggest vacancy fields, translations and presentation, but it does not verify source accuracy or make hiring decisions.
9. Chat, files and communicationCommunication inside the service
Chat is for good-faith work-related communication. Service emails about registration, security, applications and messages may be necessary to perform the agreement. Marketing messages are sent only where there is a legal basis and a way to opt out.
10. Prohibited useSpam, fraud and unlawful content
Fraud, phishing, spam, discrimination, unlawful vacancies, data trading, hacking and access to other accounts are prohibited. Vacancies, CVs and contacts may not be copied, exported, indexed or systematically collected by bots, scripts or manual extraction to build another database without written permission or an authorised API.
11. Moderation and access restrictionRight to respond to risk
We may hide or remove content and restrict accounts following a breach, complaint, legal requirement or security threat. A reason is provided where reasonable. A user may request account deletion; data required by law, security or dispute handling may be retained temporarily.
12. Personal data, GDPR and cookiesRelated documents
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, while cookies and browser settings are described in the Cookie Policy. These documents form part of the site rules.
13. External links and third-party servicesOutside our control
The site may link to external resources, email clients, social networks, maps, registers and other services. We are not responsible for their content, security or user actions outside our service.
14. Free stage and paid featuresFuture monetisation
A paid service starts only after the user's explicit choice. Price, taxes, duration, limits and cancellation rules are shown before confirmation. Free access does not guarantee that the same feature set will remain free indefinitely.
15. No warranties and limitation of liabilityKey dispute section
The service is provided as a digital platform “as is”. We do not guarantee employment, hiring, salary payment, candidate quality, accuracy of all user data, uninterrupted availability or commercial results.
16. User liability to the serviceDamage and violations
The user is responsible for unlawful publications, inaccurate information, infringement of third-party rights, unlawful data processing and damage caused to the service or other users.
17. Security, errors and availabilityReasonable protection measures
We apply reasonable security measures, but no online service can guarantee absolute protection. The user must not bypass restrictions and must report vulnerabilities responsibly.
18. Changes to termsDocument updates
Terms may change when the service, law, AI, payments or security changes. A new version is published with its effective date. Registered users will be notified in advance of material adverse changes where reasonably possible.
19. Applicable law and disputesEstonia and mandatory user rights
Estonian law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights in the user's country of residence. A dispute should first be sent to info@koosmeiega.ee and may then be submitted to a competent court or consumer dispute-resolution body.

Bulk collection protection and publication provenance
Without written permission or an authorised API, bulk downloading, systematic copying of vacancies, CVs and contacts to build third-party databases, and circumventing technical restrictions are prohibited. Ordinary viewing and good-faith search indexing are permitted. The platform may temporarily limit request rates and block abuse. Current and future publications automatically receive a platform ID, page address and version checksum where available; these identify the platform publication and do not claim ownership of the original text. Original-source attribution is retained. Markers contain no visitor data and do not change CV access permissions. These rules do not restrict rights expressly granted by an applicable source licence, mandatory law or separate agreement; technical access to our service remains governed by these terms.
